Our Story

We are the first and only brand that serves packaged French parfait in the world!
Having experimented with dessert parfait while working at a South Bombay start up restaurant, Sharmeen began making it at home for family and close friends. Before she knew it, it had become the staple dessert request with those who knew her - they hadn't eaten anything like it anywhere else! We realized, it's hard not to love ice cream (especially with the Indian summers) but all the stuff masquerading, as ice cream these days is less ice cream and more artificial fillers, stabilizers, preservatives and non-dairy, vegetable fat whipping cream and frozen desserts. Surely, the tubs they come in are the only appetizing thing about packaged ice cream! Blame it on mass production but ice cream today is as far away from perfect as it can be. Just one taste, is all it takes to know.
We believe that Dessert Parfait can bring back that love, but for Parfait. That occasional luxury, That is completely worth the indulgence after a grueling day at the office, a busy school night or just kicking back with friends and family or even just Netflix! After months of trials and taste tests with friends, family and friends from the food industry and we are finally here. Many were tried, many are still work in progress but we finally arrived at the unique repertoire we have for you today.

"As a chef, all my culinary endeavours are based on the premise of sharing an experience. This is solely the reason we go out to eat together or invite people over for a home cooked meal. It brings me immense pleasure to be the first person to bring this dessert to you. Let me invite you to my world."
